X SERIE FROM 15 TO 100 HP

SERIE X compressors are designed for applications which require a high efficiency and security in it\’s usability, offering high performance quialities and robustness.

SERIE X compressors can be manufactured with oil free cylinders, air-cooled, for industrial applications where totally cleaned air is required, exempt from any impurity. Suitable for food, plastic, pharmaceutical, chemical, mining, metallurgy, industry distilleries etc.

Technical characteristics:

Construction materials: Forged steel connecting rod, cast iron cylinders and cylinder heads, nodular crankshaft.
Pressure up to 15 bar in 2 compression stages.
Forced lubrication in crankcase by gear pump with pressure switch. Cylinders optionally lubriated or lubrication free.
Air cooled.
Electropneumatic regulation.
Electric motor directly paired to compressor, allowing compact installation, with minumum maintenance and high transmission efficiency.
Electric panel with star delta starter, automatic functioning with security indicators.
Antivibration base and flexible pipe to avoid transfer of vibrations.
Air accumulating deposit, usually supplied unattatched and in vertical position.
Possibility of mounting compressor on a horizontal deposit, with air refrigeration between phase and final in one radiator.

Assembled with PTFE (politetrafluorethylene) segments, assuring perfect auto-lubrication during long hours of operation without problems.
